1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, engaging, or using any services provided by DDNetwork One ("we", "us", "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.
2. Scope of Services
DDNetwork One provides website design, development, and related digital services based on selected service package. Services may include, but are not limited to:
- HTML Only (Static Website): Basic website structure, basic SEO setup, and deployment guidance.
- Front-End Website: Responsive design, contact forms, WhatsApp integration, and basic performance optimization.
- AI-Powered Website: All Front-End features plus AI chatbot setup and integration.
Specific deliverables, timelines, and features are defined according to agreed package or quotation.
3. Maintenance & Renewal Policy
Maintenance plans (e.g. RM50/month) are billed annually unless stated otherwise. Failure to renew maintenance plan before due date will result in website being unpublished and taken offline. DDNetwork One is not responsible for any loss of data, traffic, or business impact caused by non-renewal.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made according to agreed quotation or invoice. Work will only commence after receipt of required deposit or full payment (as agreed). Payments made are non-refundable once work has started. Late payments may result in service suspension.
5. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide all required content (text, images, logos, credentials) within a reasonable timeframe. Delays in providing content or approvals may extend project timelines. The client confirms that all provided materials do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
6. Revisions & Changes
Reasonable revisions are included based on selected package. Additional changes or features outside of original scope may incur extra charges. Major changes requested after project approval may require a new quotation.
7. Project Timeline & Delays
Estimated timelines are provided as a guideline and may vary depending on client responsiveness. DDNetwork One shall not be held liable for delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or third-party services.
8. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, client will own final website content and design, unless otherwise stated. DDNetwork One reserves right to showcase completed projects for portfolio and promotional purposes.
9. Third-Party Services
Any third-party tools, hosting, domains, APIs, or plugins are subject to their respective terms. DDNetwork One is not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.
10. Termination of Services
DDNetwork One reserves right to terminate services if client breaches these terms. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain payable.
11. Limitation of Liability
DDNetwork One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services.
12. Client Non-Breach Rules
To avoid breach of these Terms & Conditions, clients must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or illegal content.
- Use website or services for illegal or unethical purposes.
- Share login credentials or sensitive access with unauthorized parties.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to hack DDNetwork One systems.
- Delay responses or approvals in a way that unreasonably holds up project progress without notice.
- Violate intellectual property rights of DDNetwork One or third parties.
13. Amendments
DDNetwork One reserves right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
